I had one of the best quad pumps I've gotten in a long time. It was awesome! My legs were so tight I could barely walk. And I didn't even throw up! It was very similar to last weeks'. Here it is:
squat: 45-20; 135-20; 225-20; 275-20; 325-9
leg press: 450-31,20
smith machine lunge: 100-11,8
