leg press: 450-10; 630-10; 840-6 + 8 drop sets (This was painful. I had a guy on each side and when I failed they would each take a plate off.)
1-leg incline curl: 40-12,10
standing 1-leg curl: 60-12,9
ham/glute raise: 6,8
