I got in a great leg workout this morning. I did not have a lot of time, so it was a little rushed, but it was on point. Here's how it looked:
reverse lunge: 10; 15s-10; 50s-10; 75s-10
squat: 45-10; 95-10; 135-10; 225-10; 275-10; 315-20
lying 1-leg curl: 50-20
standing leg curl: 55-13
1-leg extension: 55-25,12,8 (no rest)
1-calf press: 180-20,12,12; 90-25,20,15,15
