Today was back. It was a good workout- just the basics:

row: 45-20; 95-15; 135-10; 185-8; 225-6; 275-6 + 225-4 + 135-6
wide pulldown: 180-12; 200-10; 220-?
seated row: 200-8,6
V-grip-pulldown: 190-10,8
