Mon., 2/17/14, Chest and Calves

I destroyed both calves and chest today. It was a killer pump:
4 sets Smith machine calf raise + 3 drop sets
3 sets calf presses
6 sets incline dumbbell press
3 sets bent over cable fly for upper chest
3 sets pullover
2 sets machine fly
1 set cable crossovers
