I got in a good pump this morning. The workouts now are focused on recovery so I'm not hitting failure on anything, just feeling the muscle and getting a good pump. Here's the workout for today:

seated dumbbell curl: 20's-15; 30's-10,8
concentration curl: 35-8,6,6
hammer curl: 20's-15; 25's-15; 35's-6
